Karen Guan, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Cash Disbursements Manager at RLJ Lodging Trust since August 2014. Previous roles at RLJ included Treasury Associate, Senior Treasury Analyst, Treasury Analyst, and Accounting Senior. Prior to RLJ, Karen worked at Clark Construction as a Senior GL Accountant, where responsibilities included preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring GAAP compliance. In earlier positions at Rose Financial Services, Karen managed engagement budgets and analyzed business processes to enhance efficiency, as well as identified support costs for SOX compliance. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2010.
