Janet Otts-Watson has a strong background in sales and marketing, with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Janet currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RLS. Previously, they worked at Business Development as a Senior Sales Consultant from February 2017 to May 2023. From June 2012 to 2017, they served as the National Sales Director, Hematology/Oncology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, they held the role of National Sales Director at EUSA Pharma from September 2008 to June 2012. Janet also worked as a Regional Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2006 to 2008 and as a Regional Sales Director at Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals from 2004 to 2006. Further back in their career, they held the role of Regional Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2002 to 2004. Starting in 1993, Janet gained valuable experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative at DuPont Pharmaceuticals, where they worked until 2002.

Janet Otts-Watson began their education in 1986 at the University of Alabama, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
