Rob Santana, CPA, CGMA, MBA

Rob Santana, CPA, CGMA, MBA, has a strong background in accounting and finance. Rob currently holds the position of Controller at RLS since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Controller at Spraggins Inc. from February 2022 to May 2023.

From September 2019 to February 2022, Rob served as the Controller/Chief Financial Officer at Optivor Technologies, LLC. Before this, they held the role of Southeast Regional Controller at Tecta America Commercial Roofing from July 2018 to June 2019.

Rob also gained valuable experience as the Controller/Chief Financial Officer at Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. from July 2016 to July 2018. Before that, they held various positions at Handex Consulting & Remediation (HCR), including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Controller, from September 2012 to May 2016.

Earlier in their career, Rob worked as an Accounting Manager at Triad Isotopes from February 2007 to May 2012. Rob was responsible for growing the company and developing the accounting and tax departments.

Rob also served as a Controller at Veytec Inc. from 1999 to 2007, overseeing all accounting functions and managing the accounting and administrative staff. Prior to that, Rob worked as an Accounting Manager at IKON Office Solutions from 1996 to 1999, and as a Senior Accountant at J.E. Owens & Company, CPA's from 1995 to 1996.

Rob Santana, CPA, CGMA, MBA has a diverse education history. Rob attended the University of Central Florida from 1986 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Rob also completed a minor in Computer Science during their time at the university. In 1998, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2000. Additionally, Rob attended the Executive Development Center at the University of Central Florida, completing the Executive Development Program in 2014.
