Mindy Rowe

Mindy Rowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and marketplace operations. As the Founder and CEO of RLX Pros LLC since February 2024, Mindy focuses on navigating the FBA Reimbursement process for Amazon Sellers to maximize their revenue. Previously, Mindy served as the Director of Compliance, Risk and Legal at Kaspien, leading risk management strategies for a publicly traded corporation, and held various roles at Heyday, including Associate Director of Marketplace Management. Mindy also contributed to compliance operations at Pattern and served on the executive board at Thinker Dynamics LLC. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
