Andrea Harrison

Andrea Harrison (Salt) has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to IT and project management. Andrea currently serves as the Head of Divisional IT and Transformation at RM plc, where they oversee project life cycles and business acquisitions. Prior to this, they held positions at TTS group as the Head of Business and System Improvements and Project Manager, where they collaborated with software development teams and managed third-party suppliers. Andrea also co-founded EPoS System and worked as a Project Support Manager at Zonal Retail Data Systems. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Program Manager at XN Checkout and as the Food and Beverage Manager at Belmont House Hotel. Andrea started their career as a Deputy Manager at The George Hotel. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, drive change, and implement efficient solutions.
