Niki Stevenson

Niki Stevenson has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Niki has worked as a People Director at RM plc since 2023. Before that, they were an Independent Human Resources Consultant at Noo HR, where they provided support and solutions to organizations. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Charles Wells and as a Talent Manager and HR Business Partner at Greene King. Niki has also held positions in HR and recruitment roles at various companies such as Carluccio's, Williams Lea, Berkeley Scott, and Fuller, Smith & Turner. Niki'sexperience spans over 20 years in the field.

Niki Stevenson attended Kingston University from 2006 to 2008, earning a Post Grad Dip HRM in Human Resources. Niki later pursued an MA HRM in Management Development from Kingston University, which they completed in 2009-2010.
