Melanie Allmer

Melanie Allmer is an experienced professional in the field of social work and patient navigation, currently serving as a Patient Navigator at Reproductive Medicine Associates since March 2022. In addition to this role, Melanie has been an Academic Skills and EF Coach at Private Prep since October 2019, focusing on tailored academic solutions and executive functioning skills for students. Previous experiences include working as a Recovery Mentor at Avidon Health, where a new coaching program was developed, and serving as a Clinician at Serenity at Summit, responsible for creating client-centered treatment plans. Additionally, experience as a Forensic Case Manager at the Mental Health Association of Essex and Morris involved discharge planning for mentally ill offenders. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, attained in 2017.
