Emma Espel

Emma Espel is a Senior Research Associate at RMC Research Corporation since March 2014, focusing on ensuring equitable access to high-quality education through innovative research design, advanced quantitative analysis, and collaboration with education agencies. Previously, Emma served as a Research Associate and Research Assistant at the University of Denver from September 2009 to August 2015, utilizing Hierarchical Linear Modeling and latent class analysis to explore relationships affecting adolescent outcomes and examining risk factors among justice-system involved adolescents. Emma holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Denver, and a BA in Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
