Heath Coetzer has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Heath started their career in 2012 as a Paramedic at PAWC Heath Department Ambulance Services, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Remote HLO at Africa SAFE-T. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Remote HLO at iNHEMACO S.A. Later, in 2020, they joined Guinea Alumina Corporation S.A. as an ALS Paramedic, overseeing the health requirements of employees at a bauxite mine. Heath's most recent position is at RMI, where they work as an Offshore Medical Practitioner, providing medical services and trauma management to marine and seismic crew aboard vessels.

Heath Coetzer's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Oudtshoorn High School, although the degree obtained and field of study are unknown. In 2013, they attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology, specializing in Emergency Care Attendant (EMT Ambulance) as an ANA emergency care practitioner. In 2015, Heath pursued a degree in Advanced medical rescue technician at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, focusing on International rescue modules.

Aside from formal education, Heath Coetzer has obtained various certifications. Heath completed the Operations Management Foundations course at LinkedIn in March 2022. In the following years, they attained different certifications, including OPITO IMIST from OPITO in February 2023, BOSIET with CA - EBS from OPITO in January 2023, Offshore Medic and Offshore First Aid from DDRC Healthcare in April 2023, Full GWO BST from Global Wind Organisation in May 2023, Immediate Life Support from Resuscitation Council UK in April 2023, Advanced Paramedic from Prehospital Emergency Care Council - Ireland in May 2023.

Additionally, Heath Coetzer has some certifications whose completion dates and institutions are unknown.
