Jacek Chodźko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and consultancy across various industries. As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of RMIQ LLC since January 2024, Jacek Chodźko leads the development of an AI-powered platform designed to optimize ad spend for brands in retail media. Previously, Jacek Chodźko served as a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, managing the EMEA Agribusiness Practice and conducting assignments across multiple sectors in Central and Eastern Europe. Jacek Chodźko also held consulting roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Spencer Stuart, focusing on the Industrial and Financial Services sectors in Asia Pacific. Jacek Chodźko's earlier career includes positions at Frazer Jones and an internship at the Office of the Committee for European Integration.
