Mahi Narayanan

Dr Mahi Narayanan has been in Vietnam for over 4 years and was appointed as the Head, Office for Research and Innovation in December 2019.

She did a dual degree program in Pharmacy and Biological Sciences at BITS-Pilani, India, before moving to Singapore in 2001 to pursue a PhD in Molecular & Cell Biology at National University of Singapore (NUS) and A*STAR.

After her post-doctoral stint, she joined Duke-NUS, Singapore to embark her career in Research Operations and Management.

In her role, she worked with regulatory authorities for the import and use of biological agents, established the safety management system in line with OHSAS 18001 and achieved accreditation for the organisation. She was a member of the crisis management committee in the organisation.
