Timothy Costello has over a decade of experience in IT management and consulting roles. Timothy currently works as the Director of Technical Services at RMON Networks, Inc., where they oversee various departments and recommends improvements to align with the company's goals. Prior to this, they served as an IT Specialist at Amesbury Public Schools, where they provided support for multiple school locations and led the transition to remote learning. Timothy also worked as the Director of IT Security and Infrastructure at EOS USA, managing IT operations and ensuring compliance. Timothy Costello obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lesley University in 2006. In addition, they earned the EPA Section 608 Certification in Refrigerant Handling from the ESCO Institute in December 2018 and became an Agile Certified Scrum Master through William George Associates in June 2018.
