Phil Toland

Phil Toland is a Lead Developer at RMS Automotive, a Cox Automotive Company, since January 2008. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Support Engineer at Kah Systems from 2006 to 2008. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
