Jack Khouri

Jack Khouri has extensive experience in the legal field, starting as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 1996. Jack then worked as an Associate at Fenwick & West LLP before transitioning to in-house roles. Jack served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Altera Corporation, Corporate Attorney at Lam Research Corporation, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Shaklee Corporation. Most recently, they held the positions of Director, Legal and Vice President, Legal at RMS, where they played a crucial role in the sale of RMS to Moody's Corporation. Throughout their career, Jack has specialized in managing commercial legal matters, technology licensing, intellectual property, employment law, and corporate transactions.

Jack Khouri completed their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Stanford University from 1987 to 1991. Jack then went on to obtain their JD from the University of California, College of the Law in San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 1993 to 1996.
