Vishal Dogra

Vishal Dogra has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technical consulting. Vishal started their career as a Software Trainee at Vedam InfoTech Pvt Ltd, where they later became a Software Engineer. Vishal then worked at A F Ferguson & Co as a Technical Consultant before joining RMSI as a Senior Software Engineer. During their time at RMSI, they held various roles such as Project Lead, Technical Specialist, and Senior Director of Software Engineering at RMS. In 2010, Vishal transitioned to RMS, where they served as a Principal Software Engineer, Senior Principal Software Engineer, and held management positions such as Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Director, and currently, Senior Director of Software Engineering.

Vishal Dogra completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Maths from Himachal Pradesh University in 1997. Vishal then pursued a Diploma in Advanced Computing from Advanced Computing Training School (CDAC) in 2000. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) in 2003. In 2005, they completed a Carnegie Mellon University Certificate Course in Capability Maturity Model Integration. Later, in 2012, Vishal studied Business of Insurance at St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Orbis Certification Program - Practitioner Level from Moody's Analytics in 2023.
