Kenneth Shupe

Kenneth Shupe 蘇學進 is an accomplished eCommerce professional with extensive experience in driving online sales and enhancing user experiences. Currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce at RMT Equipment, Kenneth has exceeded online sales goals by over 28% and doubled Amazon sales from 2022 to 2023 while implementing Power BI reporting. Prior to this role, Kenneth excelled as an eCommerce Team Lead at AmazingTalker, ranking in the top 4.5% of salespeople for a full year, and managed key aspects of online business at Outdoor Product Technologies. Kenneth also has a diverse background in customer support and interpretation services, bolstered by a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Utah.
