Changhui Guan

Sr. Research Scientist at RNAimmune

Changhui Guan has worked in various research positions since 1996. Changhui began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research in 1996. Changhui then moved to the Department of Genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000, where they worked as a Research Associate. In 2002, they joined the Department of Plant Pathology/Bacteriology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Research Specialist. Changhui then moved to Yale University in 2010, where they worked as a Research Associate. In 2015, they joined The Jackson Laboratory as a Research Scientist. Changhui is currently employed as a Senior Research Scientist at RNAimmune since 2022.

Changhui Guan received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from Fudan University between 1982 and 1987. Changhui then went on to receive a Master's degree in Plant Molecular Biology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences between 1987 and 1990. Finally, they received two Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees, one in Plant-microbe interaction and one in Molecular Biology, from Wageningen University & Research between 1993 and 1996.
