Dylan Gladson

Dylan Gladson joined RNAissance Ag as a Research Associate in March 2022.

Dylan first developed an interest in studying biology while attending Lincoln Land Community College. He then applied this interest to his studies at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois, where where he earned a bachelor’s in biology in 2019. His primary focus of study was insects, particularly ants.

He continued pursuing this interest and earned a master’s degree in biology at SIUe in 2021.

Dylan brings his experience rearing insects and studying foraging behavior and competition among forest ant species.
