Bryan Rogers possesses extensive experience in automation and engineering, currently serving as the Lead Programmer at RND Automation & Engineering LLC since September 2015, specializing in controls programming. Prior experience includes roles at Rockwell Automation as an Engineer and Field Service Engineer, focusing on upgrading motion applications and addressing emergency automation equipment needs. Bryan has a background in education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Lab Technician at Florida State University, where Mechatronics courses were taught. An early internship at Eli Lilly involved testing a new calibration device, while an associate role at L-3 Communications entailed leading a tech support team for public schools. Bryan holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
