Sue Martin

Sue Martin has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Sue most recently served as the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at RNIB. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Engagement Services at Senedd for a maternity contract. Sue has also held the position of Internal Communications Lead at the UK Health Security Agency and Recruitment Attraction and Communications Manager at the Department for Transport. Sue has extensive experience as a Communications Manager at Time 4 Recruitment Solutions Limited and The Royal Mint. Additionally, Sue has worked as a Campaign & Communications Officer at NUS Wales and Marketing Manager at Caerphilly County Borough Council. Sue began their career as a Visitor Centre Manager at Cardiff Bay Development Corporation, where they were responsible for raising the profile of the Visitor Centre and managing its daily operations.

Sue Martin obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing from The University of Glamorgan in 2001. Sue also holds a CIM Diploma from Cardiff Met (UWIC) and a PgDip in Tourism Management from Derby University. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science from Swansea University.
