Gemma Sparks

Gemma Sparks is an Apprentice Solicitor currently on secondment at Ashfords LLP since February 2023, focusing on skill development and preparation for final qualification exams, with an emphasis on Health and Safety Law and Marine/Ports and Harbour Law to enhance support for the RNLI. Gemma has been with the RNLI since September 2016, holding the positions of Solicitor Apprentice and Deputy Chair of the Young Professional Network, and previously worked as a Paralegal. Prior experience includes a role in IT software support at the Play Inspection Company Ltd from February 2016 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at The University of Law from 2018 to 2024 and CILEX Law School from 2016 to 2018, complemented by foundational education at Corfehills School from 2011 to 2015.
