Karen Hays

Karen Hays is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Performance Marketing Manager at Ro since November 2021. Previously, Karen held the position of Media Director at Performics, overseeing cross-channel strategy and performance for enterprise clients while managing budgets and optimizations.
