Nabiha Kabir, PharmD, RPh

Nabiha Kabir, PharmD, RPh, is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Quality and Manager of Product Quality at Ro since December 2022, Nabiha previously held multiple managerial roles at Care/of from May 2019 to November 2022, promoting project development, streamlining product launches, and ensuring compliance with quality protocols. Prior experience includes positions at KABCO Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where Nabiha optimized operations, authored FDA compliance responses, and led quality incident investigations. Earlier roles encompassed pharmacy internships and quality control responsibilities, underscoring a strong foundation in both pharmacy practice and quality assurance. Educated with a Doctor of Pharmacy from LIU Brooklyn, Nabiha also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY New Paltz.
