Richard Carmichael

Richard Carmichael currently serves as the Director of Visual Merchandising & Store Design at Road Runner Sports since June 2023, following a brief tenure at CB2 as Store Manager and Visual Merchant from March to June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Visual Manager at Trulieve from August 2020 to January 2023 and various positions at West Elm from December 2012 to August 2020, including District Display Manager and Associate Store Manager. Richard's career began at the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Toll Collector from 2003 to 2012.
