Al Navidi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and coaching. Currently self-employed since September 2023 and holding the position of a Certified Running Coach at the Road Runners Club of America since 2011, Al has a robust background in full stack development, having served as a Senior Full Stack .Net Developer for various esteemed organizations including the Federal Reserve Board, U.S. Department of State, and Chenega Corporation. Al's experience encompasses a wide array of projects, including significant contributions to the Joint Strike Fighter program at the United States Department of Defense and web-based systems for the Federal Aviation Administration and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Educationally, Al holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from American University.

Founded in 1958, the Road Runners Club of America is the oldest and largest national association of running clubs, running events, and runners dedicated to promoting running as a competitive sport and as healthy exercise. The RRCA’s mission is to represent and promote the common interests of its member clubs, events, and individual runners through education, leadership, programs and other services.
