Bonita Cox

Bonita Cox is an experienced human resources professional with a successful career spanning several organizations. Bonita has held roles such as Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources at Road Scholar since 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Children's Services of Roxbury as the Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2013, where they established the HR department and implemented various strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Before that, they served as the Director of Staffing at Dana-farber Cancer Institute from 2003 to 2007, leading transformative projects and enhancing employment processes. Bonita was also the Senior Director of Human Resources at YMCA of Greater Boston from 2000 to 2003, during which they revamped the HR department and implemented new policies and procedures. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Simmons College, International Data Group, and Data General Corporation, all in the field of human resources.

Bonita Cox attended Cambridge College from 1985 to 1987, where they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, they studied at Boston College from 1971 to 1975, majoring in Sociology with a focus on Abnormal Psychology.
