Danielle Delong

Danielle Delong has been with Road Scholar since June 2007, serving in various roles within the Participant Support team. In their current role as Senior Coordinator, Participant Support, Danielle leads a team of six, delegates caseloads, monitors workflow, provides training on policy changes, and addresses escalated situations. Danielle also created a guide for policies and procedures used daily.
