Kimberly O'Toole

Kimberly O'Toole is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering, project management, and client services. At Road Scholar since April 2017, Kimberly has focused on IT consultation, service delivery strategy, and application administration, including the implementation of G Suites for Non Profits and end-user training for Citrix XenApp 7 upgrades. Prior to this role, Kimberly held various positions at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, including Interim Assistant Director of Client Services, where oversight of IT service desk operations and management of identity management systems were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio for Interrelated Media from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
