A'Lelianne Warren

A'Lelianne Warren, Ph.D., is an accomplished professional in program management, training, and development, currently serving as a Program Manager at Road to Hire since September 2023. With extensive experience in various educational and community settings, A'Lelianne has held pivotal roles including Director of Recruitment and Retention at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where strategic initiatives led to increased student retention and engagement. A'Lelianne has also contributed significantly as an Equity Coach for the North Carolina Community College Systems Office, conducting equity assessments, and has a strong background in adult education as evidenced by leadership positions at Northern Virginia Community College and Prince George's Community College.
