Cathryn Garrett

Cathryn Garrett is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Refresh Recovery Centers since March 2024 and as a Human Rights Officer and Patient Liaison at Bedrock Recovery Center since July 2023. With a background in clinical case management at Road To Responsibility, Inc. and WILD ACRE INNS INC, Cathryn has developed extensive experience in supporting individuals with mental health needs. Previous roles include Residential Counselor at McLean Hospital and Life Enhancement Coordinator at Hebrew SeniorLife. Additionally, Cathryn has international experience as a volunteer in Zambia, assisting children and implementing fundraising projects. Cathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and completed Managers Training in Human Resources Management and Services at Managers Training Institute.
