Leila Miranda

Leila Miranda has significant experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Call Center Agent at Steward Health Care since January 2020, Leila also works at Road To Responsibility, Inc. as a Direct Care/Case Manager and Safety Care Trainer, focusing on the implementation of effective safety techniques. Previous roles include serving as a Server and Trainer at Buffalo Wild Wings from May 2013 to May 2014, and as an Assistant Manager at Green Light Beauty Salon from November 2010 to March 2013.
