Gary Lallo

Gary Lallo, P.E. is an accomplished professional in the highway safety industry with extensive experience in leadership positions. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Strategy at RoadBlock Solutions since November 2023, responsibilities include overseeing strategic and operational plans while fostering relationships with distributors and suppliers. Previously, as President of Highway Safety LLC from January 2023 to October 2023, Gary focused on long-term corporate strategy and profitability through potential partnerships and acquisitions. Gary's background includes significant roles at Hill & Smith Inc. as President and CEO and General Manager, where industry-leading safety products were developed. Earlier experiences at Voigt & Schweitzer and Trinity Industries further solidified expertise in operations and engineering. Gary holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and Youngstown State University, respectively.
