Saloni Kumar

Saloni Kumar began their work experience in 2019 as a Business Development Intern at Certcube. In this role, they gained valuable skills in business development. In 2021, they joined Caroline Healthcare Private Limited as a Human Resources Executive but stayed for only a month. After that, they worked at Standards Services as an HR Recruiter, where their responsibilities included recruitment for non-IT profiles, screening and shortlisting candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews. Saloni then worked as a Freelance Recruiter at Career Elevators for two months before joining RoadCast as a Human Resources Executive in July 2021. Currently, they are employed at RoadCast with no specified end date for their role.

Saloni Kumar is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Saloni started their MBA program in 2021 and is currently enrolled there.

Prior to their MBA, Saloni completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies. Saloni attended this institution from 2018 to 2021.
