Shivam Bhargava

Shivam Bhargava has a diverse work experience in various legal and finance roles. In 2018, they worked as an intern in the finance department of LOGIX CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they assisted with loan agreements. In 2019, they worked with Additional Solicitor General-Vikramjit Banerjee in the legal department, reviewing case files and attending Supreme Court proceedings. Shivam also worked as a legal associate at Vachher & Associates-Advocate Ashim Vachher, participating in court activities and working on cases related to company law, contract law, and civil procedures. In the same year, they worked at Aureus Law Partners-Advocate Niki K. Kantawala, where they assisted in drafting legal documents and conducting research on various legal matters. In 2020, they joined Singhania & Partners LLP in the legal department, handling tasks such as financial filing, due diligence reports, and questionnaires for the World Bank. From 2020 to 2021, they were a member of the Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration. Currently, since 2021, they hold the position of Head of Business at RoadCast, where they are involved in developing a logistics platform for online vendors and e-commerce companies to enhance last-mile delivery operations.

Shivam Bhargava obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Bharati Vidyapeeth. Shivam pursued this degree from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honors from Delhi University, specializing in Business/Commerce. This degree was earned from 2014 to 2017. Before entering university, Shivam Bhargava completed their senior secondary education at Chiranjiv Bharati School in India, where they obtained a Senior School Certificate in General Studies. In addition to their formal education, they also received certifications in "Intellectual Property Rights: A Management Perspective" from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in July 2020 and "Gender Neutrality" from JRTC Intern in January 2020.
