With a strong background in finance, O'Loughlin held roles such as Financial Controller & Analyst at Pure Madness Brewery Group, where leadership contributed to a successful $11 million acquisition. O'Loughlin's diverse experience spans startups like Y Hemp and Avér Skin, as well as established firms such as FactSet, showcasing a robust skill set in business development, financial management, and consulting. O'Loughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance and Global Perspectives from Bentley University, complemented by a brief educational experience at The University of Hong Kong.
