Federico Gotti

Federico Gotti has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Operation Manager at Roadhouse S.p.A. since December 2012, having progressed through various roles including District Manager and Senior Store Manager. At Roadhouse, Federico successfully launched the new format °Calavera fresh mex°, overseeing all aspects of store management, including human resources, inventory, and food safety standards. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at Old Wild West, where responsibilities included restaurant oversight and safety management, as well as roles in various capacities at Zio Provolone and Al Corsaro, contributing to strong operational and customer service skills. Federico holds an educational background from Istituto Alberghiero E. Cornaro.
