Dorian Connelley

Dorian Connelley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dorian started their career as a Production Coordinator at Silver Plane Films in 2006, where they managed a Production Assistant team and handled daily production tasks for an independent feature film. In 2007, they interned at DreamWorks Animation in their FX Department, assisting with the management of workflow and coordinating information between departments for the film "Bee Movie." Dorian also worked as an Executive Assistant at SJ2 Entertainment, where they co-created a pilot for Lifetime Network and developed story notes and treatments for television series.

In 2008, Dorian joined 51 Minds Entertainment as a Production Assistant before transitioning to the Peace Corps. In the Peace Corps, they served as an Agroforestry Agent and Water and Sanitation Agent, performing community needs assessments, securing funding for projects, and managing resources for clean water and sanitation initiatives. After completing their service with the Peace Corps, they worked as an EFL Teacher at Jungchul English Academy from 2011 to 2012.

Dorian then moved into the entertainment industry, working as an Awards Assistant Team Lead at Jeff Margolis Productions for the 14th and 19th Annual SAG Awards. Dorian also served as a Talent Assistant at ROAR, providing support to talent managers and clients by handling calendars, travel arrangements, and script coverage.

In 2014, Dorian joined Apex Entertainment as a Development Coordinator, where they sourced, developed, and evaluated scripted TV and feature projects. Dorian also met with writers, provided story and script notes, and maintained submission grids and project tracking.

Most recently, Dorian has been working as the Chief Operations Officer at Roadmap Writers since 2016, overseeing the operations and day-to-day activities of the company.

Dorian Connelley's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Ithaca College. However, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or studied any field of study during that time. From 2004 to 2007, Dorian Connelley attended California State University, Long Beach, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film & Electronic Arts.
