Kellie Mount

Kellie Mount has over 15 years of experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at RoadRunner Recycling since July 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with business leaders and HR to identify learning opportunities and implement strategies. Prior to this role, Kellie worked as a Learning Experience Specialist at TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. from January 2017 to July 2021, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences for over 400 employees. Kellie also served as an Instructional Designer at Highmark Inc., analyzing and developing complex learning solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Client Consultant and Internal Trainer at CCC Information Services, an Executive Recruiter at Global Employment Solutions, and a Store Manager at Ann Taylor Loft. Kellie holds a Master's degree in Training and Development from Roosevelt University and a BA in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
