Eva Cortés Romero

Eva Cortés Romero is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and coaching with substantial experience supporting organizations from seed to post-Series B funding. Since November 2020, Eva has operated as a fractional talent partner, collaborating with various clients including Cardino, roadsurfer, and Taxfix to optimize recruitment processes, implement digital transformation, and improve hiring strategies. Notable roles include serving as Strategic Talent Partner at roadsurfer, where Eva led a major migration project, and Talent Acquisition Lead at charles and simpleclub, overseeing end-to-end recruitment efforts. Eva holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from CETT_UB.
