John Dikos has held various roles in the restaurant industry since 1999. John co-founded Capital Avenue in 1999 and served as Director of Business Development. In 2001, they became a Business Development Officer at NCB, where they conducted market and performance-metric research, quantified opportunities, and conducted business development to grow the retail/restaurant small business loan portfolio. In 2006, they became Director of Franchise Development at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation, where they specialized in creating new partnerships with franchisors to develop custom lending programs. In 2013, they joined MOD Superfast Pizza as SVP of Partnerships - Head of Strategic Partnerships, Franchising, Licensing, and Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for developing the franchise and licensed business from scratch, growing it to approximately 100 stores and $100 million in system sales in six years. In 2019, they became Chief Franchise & Licensing Officer - Multi-Unit Restaurant Concept at Chicken Guy. Currently, they are Chief Executive Officer at Killer Burger and Board Director at Roam Free.
John Dikos obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business between 1997 and 1999. John also holds certifications from the International Franchise Association (CFE) and Harvard Law School (Program on Negotiation).
