Francis Ruiz

Francis Ruiz is a Human Resources Generalist at Roami since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Climb Growth Partners from December 2021 to September 2022, and at Gusto from December 2021 to June 2022. From July 2017 to December 2021, they served as a Training Manager at Concentrix, where they focused on candidate assessment, training program development, and effective communication. Furthermore, Francis has experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at a Stealth Startup from August 2020 to August 2021, and as a Training Supervisor and Product Trainer at inspiro from August 2014 to July 2017.
