Glenfort Rigmaiden has extensive work experience in human resources and hospitality. Glenfort began their career as a Welcome Office Agent at W Hotels, where they provided exceptional guest service. Glenfort then served as a Human Resources Coordinator at the same hotel, assisting with various HR responsibilities. After that, Glenfort joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide as a Complex Recruitment Specialist, responsible for sourcing and staffing new candidates for multiple hotels in New Orleans. Glenfort later became a Complex Human Resources Manager at W Hotels, overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, associate relations, and training. Glenfort then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide again as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Atlanta Metro Market Recruitment Center. In this role, they sourced, interviewed, and staffed candidates for multiple Starwood properties in Atlanta. Glenfort further advanced their career at HEI Hotels & Resorts, where they served as a Human Resources Manager and eventually as a Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and strategic planning. In their most recent position as Head of Talent & Culture at Roami, Glenfort managed all aspects of HR operations and strategic planning for the company. Throughout their career, Glenfort has demonstrated a strong focus on recruiting top talent, developing associates, and fostering a positive company culture.
Glenfort Rigmaiden attended Lake Charles-Boston High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their high school diploma. Glenfort then pursued their interest in Psychology at the University of New Orleans from 2002 to 2007. However, they do not hold a degree in Psychology.
