Liliana Manjarres

Liliana Manjarres has a wide range of experience in the field of data engineering and development. Liliana started their career at Heinsohn Business Technology in 2011 as a Developer and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Seven4N as a Scala developer. In 2018, they joined StratioBD as a Big Data Developer and stayed there until 2020. Liliana then worked at Globant as a Data Engineer from 2020 to 2022, eventually transitioning to the role of Senior Data Engineer until 2023. Currently, Liliana Manjarres has taken on the role of Sr Data Engineer at Roamler.

Liliana Manjarres has a diverse education history. Liliana obtained an Especialista en construcción de software degree in Ingeniería de software from Universidad de Los Andes, which they attended from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Ingeniera de sistemas from Corporación Universitaria del Huila - CORHUILA from 2005 to 2010, although their field of study during that time is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Liliana has also obtained several certifications. These include being a Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 from Databricks (obtained in April 2022), an Associate Cloud Engineer from Google (obtained in March 2021), and completing the Reactive Architecture(1): Introduction to Reactive Systems course from Lightbend, Inc. (obtained in August 2020). Liliana also holds certifications in Lightbend Scala Language Professional - Level 2 from Lightbend, Inc. (obtained in July 2020), Curso de Spark SQL: Programación de Scripts from OpenWebinars (obtained in September 2019), Curso de Cassandra from OpenWebinars (obtained in August 2019).

Liliana's education journey is ongoing, as they have plans to obtain further certifications. These include AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2023 and dbt Fundamentals from dbt Labs in April 2023.
