Valerija Filipova

Valerija Filipova has six years of work experience. Valerija started as an Advisor at Webhelp in 2018. Valerija then moved to Tele2 Shared Service Center, where they held the roles of Support Specialist and Junior Support Specialist from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they joined OnTarget Labs Latvia as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer, where they worked on functional frontend testing of new implemented features, discovered the system, analyzed old bugs, and worked with Microsoft SQL preparing and testing data output reports for clients. Valerija also held a Manual Tester role at WAPI OÜ in 2020. Finally, they joined TestDevLab in 2021 as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer and is currently employed as a QA Engineer at Roamler since 2022.

Valerija Filipova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in 2016. Valerija then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university, which they completed in 2018. In November 2019, they obtained a certification in QA1 - manual testing from JavaGuru. Most recently, in June 2021, they obtained a certification in Apliecība par profesionālās pilnveides izglītību - Programmatūras testēšana from Latvijas Universitate.
