Howard Perry, Jr. is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education and caregiving. Currently serving as a substitute teacher for Roanoke County Schools since January 2020, Howard follows lesson plans, manages student activities, and administers assessments. Concurrently, Howard works as a caretaker at At Home Caregivers, Inc., providing non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. Previously, as the owner/operator of Senior Medical Alarms from February 2009 to July 2021, Howard successfully built a sustainable business focused on security solutions for seniors. From October 1998 to July 2019, Howard held multiple roles at Security 2000, Inc., including salesperson and technician, where responsibilities encompassed selling and installing security systems while managing accounting tasks. Howard holds a Master of Science in Planning, Economic Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Business Management, and Mass Communications from Emory & Henry University.
