Jim Bradshaw

Jim Bradshaw began their work experience as an Assistant Principal at Roanoke County Public Schools in 2007. In this role, they provided support for the staff and worked with families and the community to build partnerships. From 2011 to 2012, Jim served as a Content Manager at Interactive Achievement, LLC before being promoted to Director of Customer Service, a position they held until 2014. At Botetourt County Public Schools, Jim served as Principal from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Jim is the Director of Human Resources at Roanoke County Schools.

Jim Bradshaw earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from West Virginia University, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision at Virginia State University, studying from 2000 to 2002.
