Oksana Sokolovsky is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology transformation, decision science, and digital strategy. Currently serving as SVP of Pricing, Decision Science and Digital Strategy at Santander Consumer USA, Oksana has led digital transformation initiatives and technology delivery since 2021. As the Founder and CEO of ROAR Augmented Reality, Oksana developed a no-code Metaverse content management product, recognized as a TechUnited 2020 Emerging Company. Oksana co-founded PerformLive and holds a patent for innovative technology in AI. With previous roles in various organizations such as Io-Tahoe and Deutsche Bank, Oksana has consistently driven successful outcomes in data analytics, governance, and operational efficiency. Oksana holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MS in Computer Science and MA in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University.
