Allison Hill

Allison Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Allison currently holds the position of Head of Diversity & Social Responsibility at Roark Capital, where they lead initiatives related to social impact and brand. Allison is also a member of the Responsible Investing Committee. Previously, they worked at Cornell University as Vice-Chair and Chair of various committees, focusing on advancing women and diversity. Prior to that, they served as President of THE LOCAL PIZZAiOLO and Vice President of Marketing at Miller's Ale House Restaurants.
