Sophie Penichet has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries since 2010. Sophie started their career as an Analyst at the Inter-American Development Bank in October 2010, where they worked until May 2011.
Sophie then moved into the hospitality industry and joined Modus by PM Hotel Group in May 2011. Sophie held multiple positions at Modus, including Sales and Marketing Manager from May 2011 to January 2012, Director of Food and Beverage (Opening) from February 2012 to June 2013, National Sales Director from June 2013 to August 2014, and finally Director of Hotel Operations from August 2014 to August 2016.
