Nathan Pilgrim

Nathan Pilgrim serves as the Chief Information, Product and Strategy Officer at Gallagher Bassett since August 2018, where responsibilities include collaborative strategy development and defining product offerings to meet organizational needs. Prior to this role, Nathan was the Chief Information Officer for Australia and New Zealand at Gallagher Bassett. From February 2017 to August 2018, Nathan contributed to the Industry Efficiency Policy Council for the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. Nathan also held significant positions at Sunsuper, first as the Head of Technology & Operations and earlier as Head of Technical Services, both roles within the Customer and Technology leadership team. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of ICT at Brisbane Girls Grammar School, Team Leader/Systems Engineer at Midware Systems, and Technical Clerk at Ausenco. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business in Advanced Information Systems from CQUniversity and a Graduate certification from the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
